Download the form, fill in and email it to admissions.jimmc@gmail.com along with the scan of an attested copy of your latest Mark-sheet and passport size photograph. You can pay Rs.200/-registration fee through direct bank transfer.
The date for the entrance test will be intimated to the applicants by e-mail.
